Water has been turned back on for those who were impacted by Tuesday morning’s water main break in Marshall County.
The break happened on 4th Street in the early morning hours, and it took crews most of the day to repair the line.
McNinch Elementary was closed for the day since water had to be shut off.
A 48-hour boil order is now in effect for anyone who lost water service.
According to the Moundsville Police, there is a significant water break on 4th Street.
This is happening outside city limits in the area of the Marshall County Board of Education.
There are some roads shut down due to the break. Right now, there is no estimated time the break will be fixed.
McNinch Elementary School will be closed today, Tuesday, April 3rd due to this water break.
The board of education will be open.
