The holiday weekend festivities continued at Oglebay Park on Saturday as part of its three-day Labor Day Celebration.
Excited guests enjoyed taking boats out on the water, and the kids spent time getting their faces painted and playing in the inflatable bounce houses and on the rock wall.
The annual Wood Carvers Show took place on Saturday as well.
As part of the Labor Day Celebrations, Oglebay held “Music Under the Stars.”
The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra took the stage at the Anne Kuchina Amphitheater for Jeans’ n Classics “A Night At Woodstock.”
The performance featured hits from some of the best in classic rock, including Crosby-Stills-Nash-and Young, The Who, Janis Joplin, Joe Cocker, Santana, Jefferson Airplane, and Jimmy Hendrix.
A fireworks display wrapped up the evening.
The family fun continues at Oglebay on Sunday.
Activities include segway tours, guided hikes, mini golf and fishing tournaments, a BBQ feast and more fun for the kids.
Drool at the Pool for dogs and their owners begins at 5:00 p.m.
