Youth Services System honors the Ziegenfelder Company as its Good Samaritan

Community

Youth Services System hosted its annual Good Samaritan Tribute dinner on Friday evening at Wheeling Park’s White Palace.

The event highlights a person who has recognized that the community is all neighbors deserving of care.

This year’s Good Samaritans are Lisa and Barry Allen and the entire Ziegenfelder Company.

The Allens and the Zieggy Tribe are known for hiring veterans, the homeless, and those re-entering society from corrections and those in recovery. The group works to support one another, which the company feels makes it a success.

“We know from our experience in working with those in recovery, with the homeless, that Ziegenfelder’s makes a difference in their lives,” YSS CEO John Moses said in a press release. “We have seen it.”

Dinner was provided by Ye Olde Alpha, and Gregg Molnar performed.

The event was sponsored by Fitzsimmons Law Office and EM Media.
