Two people had to be extracted by a local fire department after a single vehicle crash.
The crash happened on Route 7 near Lincoln Ave in Steubenville.
Officials say the crash was not weather related nor was it related to drugs or alcohol.
Police say the driver reported issues with the steering
The driver of the vehicle was taken to Trinity West with what officials say are non-life threatening injuries.
Officials also say the passenger refused treatment at the scene.
