Man accused of Hancock Co. shooting indicted on multiple charges


HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) – The man accused of a shooting incident in Hancock County that put several neighborhoods in a panic has been indicted on several charges.

Michael McClanahan is facing a total of 15 charges including 3 counts of attempted murder, and 1 count of malicious assault.

If you recall, he’s accused of the shooting on Judge Drive in New Cumberland back in August.
