Wheeling W.VA.- The former Elm Grove Dicarlo’s, now Patsy’s Pizza, made the announcement a couple of days ago that they are accepting payment options other than cash.
On their Facebook page, Patsy’s made the announcement that they now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
