‘Adulting Day’ teaches Kentucky high school students real-life skills

You may learn a lot in high school, but do you learn the things you really need to know?

Sure algebra and chemistry are important, but what about basic life skills?

That was the purpose behind an “adulting day” at Bullitt Central High School in Kentucky.

Seniors got intensive one-on-ones with people from the community who taught them skills that will help them in the “real world.”

Some of those skills include dorm room cooking, changing a tire, balancing a checkbook and more.
