Changes made to Ohio Parole Board

Several changes to the Ohio Parole Board have been announced by Governor Mike DeWine.

The changes are meant to bring in board members with more diverse professional backgrounds.

The new members of the board will include a former state representative, an assistant prosecutor and a state public defender.

Governor DeWine says the new members will help the board make quote “responsible” decisions.
