14.5 grams of heroin seized during traffic stop

A traffic stop on State Route 331 leads to a heroin bust in Belmont County.

Belmont County Sheriffs deputies confirm 14.5 grams of heroin was seized Wednesday night during a traffic stop near in Bannock.

Rodrican Pavlick, 43, of Cleveland and Tiffany Eberle, 24, of Lafferty are now behind bars.

Pavlick is charged with possession of heroin and trafficking in drugs, he also had an outstanding warrant. Eberle charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of heroin.

Deputies suspected Eberle and Pavlick were under the influence of narcotics and made that stop around 8:20 p.m.

The Sheriff’s Office K9 made a positive indication on the vehicle. Both occupants of the vehicle had heroin on their person.
