Another one of the defendants in the June 7th drug-related murder in Bellaire has entered a plea.
Michael Posey pled guilty to two lesser charges today, involuntary manslaughter and burglary, both 5th degree felonies.
Authorities believe Posey drove the car, taking several others to Bellaire in what they planned to be a home invasion to get back their drugs.
In the end, a man inside that home fired several shots, killing one of the would-be burglars, Joshua Gorayeb, and injuring another.
Posey is set to be sentenced December 27.
