Wheeling Police are investigating after a car crashed into Little Wheeling Creek on Lumber Avenue Saturday.
Officials say one person was in the car, and they do believe alcohol was a factor.
They say the driver is being treated at a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver is facing multiple citations for driving suspended, not having insurance, aggravated DUI, and potentially a domestic battery charge from an earlier incident.
