Magistrate Robin Snyder facing charges

The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia has found probable cause to formally charge Magistrate Robin Snyder of Brooke County with violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct. 

According to the Court, Snyder violated multiple rules under the CJC in regards to a case involving alleged vicious dogs that were later destroyed. 

Among the charges, the Court found that Magistrate Synder improperly altered court paperwork.
