A Marshall County man faces 10 to 25 years in prison after pleading to a sexual assault charge on Monday.
Thomas Hammerstone entered an Alrod plea to one count of second degree sexual assault in from of Judge David Hummel.
Eleven other charges were dismissed.
In addition to prison time, Hammerstone faces 10 years probation upon release and must register as a sex offender for life.
