Redman receives max sentence for child endangerment

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio (WTRF) - A Neffs woman has received a maximum sentence after she pleaded guilty to child endangerment earlier this month.

Devan Redman, 25, was sentenced to 8 years on Monday by Belmont County Common Pleas Court Judge Frank Fregiato for causing injuries all over a 4-year-old's body.

Redman was arrested along with Misty Glasgow, 36 of Neffs, in 2018 after the child was brought to the emergency room by the child's mother with burns and bruises from head to toe. Judge Fregiato called photos of the child's injuries "just sickening."

Glasgow also received the maximum sentence of 8 years last week.
