STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (WTRF) - Steubenville shooting suspect Brylee West has been indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury in connection with the September shooting of a mother and her young daughter.
West was indicted on two counts each of attempted murder and felonious assault, each with a firearm specification, and one count of having a firearm while under disability.
He faces 31 years in prison if convicted.
West will be arraigned on Wednesday before Common Pleas Judge Michelle Miller.
