Two arrested in Monroe County on drug charges

Two people are behind bars after Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant and allegedly found drugs.

James Leonatti of Little Rock, Iowa, and Kimberly Ogle of Beckley, West Virginia, were both arrested at 38112 SR 7 in Duffy Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies say after they entered the residence they found Methamphetamine and drug abuse instruments.

Leonatti was transported to the Monroe County Jail on charges of Aggravated  Drug Trafficking, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and Weapons under Disability. According to Sheriff Charles Black Jr., Leonatti was also a sex offender that never registered with the State of Ohio per his registration requirements.

Ogle was also transported to the Monroe County Jail and she is currently being housed on charges of Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.
