Two West Virginia people have been arrested in connection to a 2018 vehicle crash that left two children dead in Garrett County, Maryland.
According to Maryland State Police, Joshua Murray, 40, faces charges including driving an unsafe motor vehicle, three counts of having occupants under 16 not wearing seat belts and two counts of criminally negligent manslaughter.
And Crystal Adams, 35, faces charges including four counts of neglect of a minor and knowingly giving false accident report information.
On July 3, 2018, around 3 p.m., police responded to Interstate-68 near the Maryland-West Virginia border for a report of a single-vehicle crash where Adams and four children were found ejected from a vehicle.
A 13-year-old boy died en route to the hospital, and a 12-year-old girl died two days after the incident.
