TORONTO, Ohio (WTRF) — Toronto Fire Department says a kitchen fire is now out at an apartment at 630 N 4th St.
Firefighters were called to the scene around 1:33 p.m. Sunday and saw heavy smoke from the outside of the building.
They say one adult received burns to the hand but refused medical treatment.
The apartment reportedly has smoke damage that is confined to the kitchen.
