Wheeling PD is currently investigating a fatal crash that occurred Sunday morning after a disturbance call.
Authorities received the call around 2:10 a.m. about multiple assaults at the Generations Restaurant and Pub on National Road.
Upon arrival, the suspect fled the scene in a truck with no lights on.
Wheeling Police lost sight of the suspect but received a call about a possible crash on Pike Street.
Upon arrival, authorities found the truck crashed into a garage with the suspect inside the vehicle dead.
Three people were treated at Wheeling Hospital for injuries received from the assault at Generations.
