Former Moundsville mayor and councilman facing drug distribution charges

A former Moundsville mayor and former councilman stands accused of drug distribution. 

63-year old Kevin Mark Simms faces federal charges of distributing oxycodone in Marshall County from July to December of 2017.

Simms faces five different counts, three of which include aiding and abetting the distribution of oycodone.

If convicted he faces up to 20 years in prison.
