A Glencoe man has been found guilty of three separate counts after it was reported that he took money from the Belmont County Memorial Park Cemetery.
Keith Dwayne Baratie Sr. was found guilty on one count of theft as principal, one count of aiding and abetting forgery and one count of aiding and abetting to secure writing by deception.
Baratie faced these charges alongside his wife, Karen Sue Ellen Neff who was also found guilty on all counts.
