Purchased by the Collins family in the late 1990’s, 70 28th Street in Wellsburg has quite the paranormal reputation.

However, it wasn’t until 2007 that the Collins realized they may not be the only spirits living in this home. They say it all began with a flicking light bulb in their garage.

John Collins, Collins Family Brother began looking for answers, shoveling around for hours in his back yard for electrical wires. Collin’s says when he finally struck something, he couldn’t believe his eyes. He found a gravestone.

But the according to the Collins family, this was just the tip of the ice-berg.
Apparently, they met with some local geologists who claim the Collin’s family home surrounds a centuries old cemetery.

Years later, John Collins recounts a large amount of paranormal experiences and he’s catching it all on camera. Collins claims surveillance video shows his mother Shirley being touched by a spirit in her sleep. She declined to comment but we did bump into the family sister Karen outside.
She doesn’t live there anymore but her memories are all there.

“One moment that I remember very good is, I was standing by the door and I was talking to my sister and there was a picture of my Aunt and all at once the picture flew that way and if somebody would not have pushed it, it would have went that way. But, it didn’t. It went about five to ten feet in front of me.”

Now, of course nobody knows whether these events are true or hoax but we know for sure, the Collin’s Family story is turning some heads!

You can watch the Collins Family story this Sunday on the Travel Channel airing at 9:00p.m.
