National Road will be reduced to one lane at milepost 15, near the intersection with Atkinson Crossing on Wednesday.
Two way traffic will be maintained by one lane by flaggers.
Officials said the closure will start at 7:00 a.m. and wrap up at 5.

The West Virginia Division of Highways advises that on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 Interstate 70 East Bound Fast lane will be closed at the 7.6 mile marker, from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
This closure is necessary for Miller Environmental to work in the median for spill cleanup.
Motorists should reduce speed and expect delays in this area.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change this planned maintenance work.
