Wheeling, W.Va. (WTRF) – Would Halloween really be complete without another trunk-or-treat?
Halloween night, the Salvation Army of Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler counties held a Trunk or Treat at the South Wheeling Corps Building.
Hundreds of kids showed up dressed in their best spooky attire to fill their candy bags, and a firetruck even showed up to entertain the crowd.
