According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Rines’s Ridge Road has been temporarily closed as of Saturday evening.
Rine’s Ridge is closed at approximately one and a half miles up the road.
The Sheriff’s Department said the road is closed because of a slip that wiped out a portion of the roadway according to the WVDOH.
According to the Sheriff’s Department the slip poses a high risk for drivers because it’s located on a windy section of the road.
Rine’s Ridge Road will remain closed while crews work to fix the issue.
