Gov. Justice orders flags across Mountain State to fly half-staff in honor of fallen soldier

Gov. Jim Justice has ordered all United States and West Virginia state flags across the Mountain State to be flown at half-staff all day on Monday, November 19 to honor fallen U.S. Army Specialist Nicholas Caleb “Nick” Jividen, according to the Office of the Governor.

Jividen was killed during an armored vehicle training exercise at Fort Irwin, California on Nov. 6. He was 21 years old.
