UPDATE 12:33 p.m.:
According to a spokesperson from AT&T, service has been restored for customers in Belmont County whose service was affected by a cable cut in the area.
Several viewers have reached out to 7News saying they have been without landline phone, internet, and television service with AT&T for several days.
A representative with the company says customers should call the AT&T support line at 800-288-2020 for more information on when the outage will be resolved.
Late Sunday night, AT&T released a statement:
“Some customers in parts of Belmont County may be experiencing issues with their service due to a cable cut in the area. Our technicians are working around the clock to fix the problem as quickly as possible.”
Officials say they are not experiencing any issues with 911 calls.
