New report ranks Ohio drivers worst in the US

Ohio drivers rank among the worst in the United States, according to a study by QuoteWizard.

Drivers in Ohio ranked No. 8 on the list of the worst drivers in the nation for 2018, according to the study.

Maine tops the list at No. 1 and was named the state with the country’s worst drivers.

The other states the study found had the worst drivers in the country were South Carolina, Nebraska and California, which were ranked second, third and fourth worst, respectively.

QuizWizard’s rankings are based on the a sum of weighted means calculated from these incidents:

  • Speeding tickets
  • DUIs
  • Citations
  • Fatalities
