After days without water in downtown Steubenville, officials say residents could see water in their lines later Monday.
City Manager Jim Mavromatis says the water department made some repairs Sunday night and started charging the downtown high-pressure water system early Monday morning, which takes 12 hours.
Mavromatis say if all goes well, officials will start charging the downtown low-pressure system.
Customers will remain under a boil advisory until further notice.
So far, water has reportedly been restored to University Blvd.
