Enbridge has released new details in the gas pipeline rupture that occurred Monday morning in Noble County, Ohio.
The incident, which occurred about two miles south of Summerfield, injured two individuals that were living nearby. A safety perimeter of 700 feet is in effect, and the road nearby is still closed.
“On behalf of Enbridge, I want to express our concern for the two individuals who were injured, as well as all those affected by this incident,” said Bill Yardley, the executive Vice President of Enbridge. “We thank the first responders for their efforts and we are working closely with them and other local officials to restore the incident site safely.”
