Ohio lawmakers reintroduce half of Reagan Tokes Bill

The Reagan Tokes Act is currently making its way through the Ohio Statehouse.

Half of the bill passed during the latest general assembly but Lisa Tokes, Reagan’s mother, believes there is still unfinished business for lawmakers.

“The two [sections] work in tandem and so, to have one part without the other, it makes for an incomplete bill,” said Lisa Tokes.

However, the House is expected to introduce an identical companion bill for both chambers to begin working on right away.
