A waitress in Washington got the tip of a lifetime Sunday.
Michelle Bozeman received a $3,000 tip for a $44 bill after serving a couple at Ramblin’ Jacks Rib Eye in Napavine.
On the back of the tab, the big tipper wrote an explanation saying, “Thanks for smiling. You work hard and the country is in a bad place.”
Bozeman shared some of the tip with co-workers, but plans on putting the rest towards home improvement projects, spoiling her seven grandchildren and taking a trip to Ireland.
The receipt was accepted by the credit card company.
She has no idea who the customer was, but will honor their wishes.
