Weirton, WV.a (WTRF) - This is a story you'll see only 7News.
We told you Friday about the tentative agreement reached between United Steelworkers and ArcelorMittal.
We're learning new details today about what the 30 day ratification process will look like.
Workers haven't even seen the contract yet, so they're not releasing the specifics but we do know that healthcare was a big issue on the table.
Negotiators are putting together a summary outlining what the contract will mean.
We're told the contract is fairly complicated with a lot of details so they're going to spend the next several weeks discussing the contract with workers.
While there are many details, some say both current employees and retirees will like what they see.
Mark Glyptis, President, USW Local 2911, sat down for an exclusive interview with 7News.
"Our retirees, I think they're going to be... what we negotiated for them, I believe are some of the best healthcare benefits that any retiree, anywhere in this country has. So, I think they're going to be satisfied as well," Glyptis said.
