Uncounted ballots found in one West Virginia County

One West Virginia county is facing controversy more than a month after election night.

Marion County clerk’s office workers found 57 uncounted ballots while compiling voter information for the secretary of state’s office.

Officials are now asking a judge for permission to include them.

If granted, the ballots would affect two Fairmont City Council races that had tiebreakers determining the outcomes.
