Update: Missing Toddler Found Safe

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department reports that the missing toddler was brought to the courthouse and is safe.

ORIGINAL: 

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department is asking for help in locating a 16-month-old girl who has been missing since November 28th, 2017.

Braylee May Greene of Hurricane, West Virginia has blonde hair, blue eyes, weighs around 30 lbs and is ‘tall for her age’. She has a red birthmark covering a toe.

The PCSD say that Braylee is  believed to have been concealed by her mother, Leslie Greene, of Hurricane, who is currently incarcerated in Barboursville. The child’s mother has charges pending against her for child concealment, violation of protective order, domestic battery and child neglect creating risk of injury.

The child was last seen on November 28th at Forrest Burdette Day Care in Hurricane when the child was picked up by Leslie Greene’s ex-husband, Benjamin Greene, of Sissonville, who has also been charged with aiding child concealment.

Braylee Greene’s whereabouts are reportedly unknown to her other family members.
