Wetzel County will receive $1.4 million from FEMA to assist WVDOH in road repairs.

U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia) made the announcement Tuesday in a press release.

“In recent years, our state has endured multiple weather-related disasters that continue to impact our roadwats across West Virginia,” said Senator Manchin in a press release. “The funding provided by FEMA to WVDOH will help repair and clear roadways that have been damaged by severe storms, flooding, mudslides, and landslides for safer travel.”
