GUERNSEY COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) – There is a mandatory evacuation in Guernsey County for a 1/2 mile radius from the intersection of Pioneer Road and Brick Church due to a gas leak.
The notice was issued Monday night on the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
