WHEELING, W.VA. (WTRF)- The Big Game is quickly approaching which means many Americans will be preparing a full spread of food. However, those who are wishing to make more nutritious food choices should consider switching out their favorite dishes for healthier ones. Recently, 7 News reporter and meteorologist, Aaron Myler cooked some Big Game dishes with a chef at Northern Community College.
After a day of preparing the dishes, Myer and 7News reporters, Caroline Peters and Shelby Davis gave each dish a little taste test. Although healthier, the three reporters agreed that these dishes didn’t lack in the taste department.
