(WTRF)- The Tiltonsville Volunteer Fire Department and the Ohio Valley are mourning the loss of Fire Chief Doug Dugan.
Chief Dugan died in the line of duty while responding to an emergency with his department.
Many of the Ohio valley fire departments went to social media to pay their respects to the fire cheif.
