CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WTRF) — The West Virginia daily county alert system map moved Ohio County to orange.
All Northern Panhandle counties except Marshall County are orange. The orange counties include Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Tyler and Wetzel.
Marshall County remains red.
