JEFFERSON COUNTY, OHIO (WTRF) – Beginning Tuesday, September 12, AEP will install overhead utility lines on State Route 7 north of Rayland.
Rolling roadblocks will be in place starting at 9 a.m. each day.
Drivers should expect 15 minute closures once a day in each direction.
The work will end on September 15, but weather delays could change that.
