Across the Ohio Valley, all eyes have turned toward the river as flood warnings have been issued for several counties.

Minor to Moderate flooding, along the Ohio River, for most of us. Ohio River should crest early Tuesday afternoon and drop below flood stage around 6 am Wednesday.

In Wheeling, the water level has already risen high enough to submerge much of the amphitheater at Heritage Port. Debris is floating down the river, and multiple levels of stairs are underwater as well.

The Sternwheel Festival will be canceled, and most likely will not be rescheduled this year.

In Marshall County, people at Riverfront Park in Moundsville have moved their campers away from the river, as water has invaded some of the park. County officials are monitoring the river’s level every hour.

We will be keeping this updated as the flood updates roll in, so stay with 7News for updates.
